Position Overview: The Laborer Blender plays a crucial role in our production process, responsible for beginning the production process by blending materials, maintaining machine operation, unloading materials into appropriate containers, and staging material for extrusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes and a strong work ethic. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Start the production process by blending materials according to specified formulations.
• Operate blending machines and equipment to ensure proper mixing and consistency of materials.
• Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, and speed, and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Unload blended materials from machines into appropriate containers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
