Position Overview: The Lab Technician plays a critical role in our production process, responsible for beginning the production process by blending materials, maintaining machine operation, unloading materials into appropriate containers, and staging material for extrusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of quality control procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment to maintain smooth production flow and meet production targets.
• Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, and speed, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform quality control checks on blended materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document production activities, including batch records, machine settings, and quality control data.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with blending materials and operating machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
