Position Overview: The Residential Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks and a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of residential units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
