Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Ohio and Pennsylvania territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in selling large engines or industrial equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a sales team and play a key role in achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Ohio and Pennsylvania regions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on large engines or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of the Ohio and Pennsylvania markets, including key customers and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
