We are looking for a multi-talented individual to fill the role of Commercial Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance. In addition to technical skills, excellent customer service, computer proficiency, and a clean driving record are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues as they arise.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and address their concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial maintenance, with expertise in electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
