CNC Machinist

Salary: $18.00-20.00

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will utilize computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform various functions. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading raw materials into the CNC machine, setting up and operating CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc., and monitoring the machine during operation to ensure proper functioning. Additionally, you will perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and troubleshoot and resolve basic machine problems.

Experienced CNC Operator Details:

• Eval-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00/hour
• Fulltime Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials into the CNC machine.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for various tasks.
• Monitor CNC machine during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine problems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation
• Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
