PART TIME: TUESDAY''S AND THURSDAY''S
Responsibilities:• Oversee and coordinate all community transactions• Attract and educate new tenants• Work new applications for manager approval• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion• Enforce property and associations'' rules and regulations• Help plan and facilitate all community activities and transactions
Qualifications:• Previous experience in property management or other related fields• Familiarity with lease contracts and addendums• Ability to build rapport with tenants• Ability to multitask and prioritize
North Charleston, SCPART TIME - 8am - 5pm, Tuesday''s and Thursday''s $18/hr.
