Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our respected clients in Frederick, MD. This ideal candidate will be managing customer inquiries and concerns. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated, plus have professional and excellent phone etiquette.

Primary Duties:

• Positively communicates with customers via phone and email
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Accurately document correspondence and work independently with internal company software

What we look for:

• Great phone etiquette is a MUST
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Six months or more experience in customer service or call center setting
• Type 30+ words per minute
• Proficient in multitasking and strives in fast paced environments
