Location: Pewaukee, WI

Shift: Mon-Fri (10pm-6am) *Normal working day includes OT, expect 9-10hr days*

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00p/hr (BOE)

Description: Directs all production activities to complete the job as needed. Delegates job duties and ensure employees are completing jobs properly. Oversees production to ensure schedules are adhered to. Inspects progress of workers'' assignments daily. Ensures Production Workers perform inspections for each order, in accordance with quality control standards and order requirements. Ensures products are properly packed and shipped in a timely manner. Ensures production equipment set up''s are completed as required. Reports equipment malfunctions to appropriate individuals. Revises production schedules and priorities to best meet customer needs. Resolves problems and related production difficulties in an efficient and timely manner. Offers assistance, instruction and training to employees as needed.  Assists in all quality control functions by inspecting parts, operating test equipment, making quality control determinations and performing other related duties. Assigns cleaning and maintenance of equipment and shop. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly manner. Functions as backup for any and all positions under supervision during scheduled work breaks or as required. Files production sheets in appropriate location. Performs other related duties as assigned. Reports and documents emergency situations to management immediately. Reports production problems or discrepancies to management. Applies knowledge of operations to detect unsafe working conditions and low employee performance, and reports such circumstances to management. Assigns and supervises all activities (production and safety) performed by persons placed under direction. Enforces company policies and rules in verbal and written form as needed. Assists with developing and maintaining an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of employees under their direction. Follows approved procedures regarding on-the-job accidents to include completing appropriate paperwork, providing proper medical attention, completing follow up responsibilities and assisting employees upon their return to work.

Physical Requirements: Would be on feet all day, constantly moving around and working in differing departments. Must be able to lift up to 50lb on a regular bases.
