Work schedule; Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing & posting vendor data and invoices
• Processing payments from vendors and customers
• Maintaining positive, high quality vendor/customer relations

Experience Required:

• Basic Accounting and invoicing 
• Cash Handling 
• Control Procedures, record keeping, documentation
