Salary: $15.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Baker in Hot Springs! Will be responsible for plating breakfast for guests in their 9 room boutique hotel. The starting pay rate for the position is $15.00/hr, must have open availability to work weekends Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-3:00pm (days off will fluctuate). 

 

Baker Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough into desired forms
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  

Baker Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or baking is required
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
