Facilities Maintenance Technician

Join a local company's team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician! We're seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of a local corporate office during evening hours. With a starting salary of up to $50,000 annually, this position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, beginning around 5 pm or 6 pm for 8 hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular cleaning tasks in designated areas such as bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, and break rooms.
• Removing garbage and waste materials daily.
• Vacuuming and maintaining cleanliness of carpets and floors.
• Undertaking light maintenance work as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep tasks.
• Ensuring timely restocking of vending machines, utensils, and toiletries to meet staff needs.
• Thoroughly cleaning outdoor deck areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Addressing any additional cleaning and maintenance duties as required.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work.
• Competence in handling basic maintenance tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain our facility's standards.
• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the demands of the role.
