Salary: $16.00 / hr.

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable, experienced, and efficient candidates for a Maintenance Technician position with a Property Management Company. This position and will pay $16 per hour and the hours are from 8:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Performs basic maintenance- fix holes in walls, change lights, cleanup
• Maintain property with landscaping tools
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Has Mechanical or Basic Maintenance Experience with facilities
• Possess good mechanical skills
