AP/AR Specialist : $20.00-24.00 / hour 

AP/AR Specialist Job Description:

Process payments to accounts and research any issues-process credit memos
Research sales payment deductions/short pays
Conduct customer calls for payment, Submit daily deposit totals to accounts payable
Credit application processing, including calling on credit references and new account set up

 

Experience Required:

3-5 years of general accounting and collection experience
Keyboard accuracy and attention to detail, effective time management skills, basic math skills, proficient with MS Office/Excel-

Effective communication with internal and external customers
