Salary: $15.00 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, organized, and friendly candidates for a Receptionist/Community Manager position to work with a real estate company in Hopkinsville, KY. Applicants must have one to two years of previous administrative experience. This position will pay $15 per hour and the hours are M-F from 9:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.

Responsibilities:

• All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, collect check payments, help with marketing)
• Assisting with opening the new customer/client files into the database system
• Invoice residents
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
• Must have updated resume
• Able to keep information confidential
• Must have previous administrative experience of one to two years
• Possesses time management, organizational and communicative skills
• Pays attention to details
