Our client, located in Georgetown is a global leader in providing wear parts solutions in the  steel service industry and is looking for a CAD Programmer to join their team.

CAD programmers will be assigned to work full time with a team of other programmers to maximize efficiency and overall production. In this position you will be coordinating with your team to design cutting programs for CNC steel plate cutting tables.

Required to have at least 1 year of experience of working with AutoCAD

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing customer drawings and making cutting programs for CNC machines such as plasma cutting tables, oxyfuel cutting tables, and drilling machines using ‘Pronest’ software , ‘Omni Bevel’ and nesting software.
• Recording, updating and maintaining inventory.
• Occasionally reverse engineering customer parts.
• Other duties assigned

Monday to Friday 

7:45am to 4:30pm ( 8am to 330pm on Fridays)
