JOB DESCRIPTION: 

•    Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of the V3 system
•    Input and balance employer payroll reports and contributions into the V3 system 
•    Input employer audit reports 
•    Single Employer Reconciliations
•    Process electronic upload files from vendors
•    Processes incoming reciprocity
•    Resolve employer discrepancies
•    Verify and update member job class codes and member home locals as appropriate
•    Maintain and update employer information in V3
•    Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

•    Minimum 1 year of data entry and account balancing experience; proficient in math
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
•    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•    Taft-Hartley Trust Fund experience preferred
