Express Employment is looking for a Medicare Outreach Specialist. 

Duties and Responsibilities·

·         Make presentations or provide assistance for presentations at Senior Centers, Health Fairs, or community events.

·         Notify appropriate parties of fraudulent activities related to programs.

·         Inform target populations about programs and services and provide referrals when possible.

·         Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Area Agency on Aging Director.

·         Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of:

·         Medicare, Medicaid and local assistance agencies, veteran and senior programs and services.

·         Operation of standard office equipment and a personal computer, Microsoft Office software, giving presentations, database management, and related other office procedures

·         Customer service, personal interaction, and telephone skills.

·         Record keeping practices and procedures.

·         Appropriate language use, grammar, and punctuation.
