Inside Sales/Receptionist Needed for Local Cabinetry Company

 

An experienced inside sales associate is needed for a custom cabinetry company in Naples. This position details answering phones, meeting with customers throughout the design and install process, as well as maintaining client relationships. Experience with 20/20 or CAD program is a must and at least 5 years of experience is preferred. Company offers full-benefits and room for growth. This position is great for someone who enjoys project management and is detail oriented.

Job Duties:

• Present and sell company products and services
• Prepare action plans for each project
• Follow up on leads
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Prepare sales proposals
• Answer phones
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Prepare status reports
• Maintain current product knowledge
• Implement sales strategies to reduce stock
• Other duties as needed

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in 20/20 program or CAD
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Work requires significant local travel to current/potential clients, must have valid driver''s license
• Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
• Knowledge of advertising or sales promotion techniques
• Experience with job-site management
• IT skills required to navigate company system

 

Pay: 80k-90k

Hours: M,W,TH,F,S 8am-5pm
