Salary: $21.59/hr.

We're recruiting mechanically inclined candidates for a UV Colorlast Operator role with a leading manufacturer in Cannon Falls, MN! This role will be responsible for reviewing production orders and modifying artwork for printing. 

 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rate: $21.59/hr. 

 

Essential Functions:

• Performs printer startup, shutdown, and cleaning/maintenance procedures.
• Reviews artwork and prints orders based on the requirements of the customer order.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Inspect printed product for alignment and color accuracy.
• Completes and maintains records, production levels and job requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with fellow employees and supervisors.
• May perform similar and other duties as assigned and instructed.
• Frequent contact with production required.
• Performs job in a safe manner, always following all established safety procedures.
• Maintains awareness of order dates, reworks and remakes, while prioritizing workflow accordingly.  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in production environment preferred
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Physically qualified to wear a respirator
• High level of mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge in Adobe illustrator a plus
• Ability to learn new software as required
• LEAN experience preferred
