Perform the majority of payroll duties and maintain personnel records. 

·         Discretion dealing with confidential information

·         Payroll Tax return experience 

·         Prioritized, organized and meet deadlines

·         Detailed oriented

·         Positive attitude

·         Self-starter, ability to research info

·         Ability to interact as a team member 

·         Greet visitors 

·         Collect applications

·         Answer phones 

·         Review hire paperwork

·         Check social security with E-verify

·         Enter information into Quickbooks and FF database

·         Verify employment 

·         Prevailing wage rate knowledge

·         Keep up with current state & federal payroll laws

·         Keep track of draws for all employees

·         Complete worksheet for each active garnishment

·         Complete timecards and reviews for accuracy 

·         Check timecard totals against shift tickets

·         Enter time, as well as job number, work comp code and class

·         Create paychecks using Quickbooks 

·         File

·         Research and answer payroll questions
