Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining financial performance, and upholding the restaurant''s reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and operating expenses, to meet financial objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and cost targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of prior experience in a management role in the restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of leadership, team building, and staff development.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work one day off during the weekend.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.
