Our client, located in Union City, NJ is currently looking for a Porter/Maintenance 

Key responsibilities and Qualifications

Duties:

• Maintain all facility repairs and work orders.
• Conduct all preventive maintenance checks in coordination with site management and Management Company
• Ensure interior and exterior cleanliness of the building
• Monitor and replace electronic locks in utility rooms as needed
• Answer all guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
• Manage storage and arrangement of all maintenance tools

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience as a handy man, carpenter, or porter is a plus
• Ability to operate power tools and make repairs
• Customer Service

This is a part-time position with the possibility of converting to full-time, with flexible workdays consisting of 3 to 4 days of work per week and 25 to 30 hours of work weekly.

Hours are: 9am- 4pm

Pay rate of $18-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, and is a temp-to-permanent opportunity.
