Bank Teller - Relationship Associate

36-38 hours per week

M-F 8:30-5:00 (Fridays until 6P)

Some Saturdays 8:30A - 12P

$15.00/Hr

 

Position Summary:
This role focuses on maintaining and expanding our branch's customer base through excellent sales and service. The position is non-exempt-

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Service:

• Promote products effectively to customers for cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist customers with transactions and inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer and adhere to bank policies.
• Ensure compliance with audit and bank procedures.

1. Department Responsibilities

• Support branch operations, including cash handling and compliance tasks.
• Resolve basic customer requests and maintain security awareness.
• Provide coverage across banking hours and locations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic language, math, and reasoning skills.

Competencies

• Understand operational procedures.
• Knowledgeable about bank products.
• Aware of compliance regulations.
• Consistent in sales and service.
• Team player with good computer skills.
