We are seeking temp help for the controller’s division.

 

Job title: Accounting Clerk

Length: Approximately 3 months or until the position is filled.

Pay rate: $18/hour

Location: KIC – Parking is free for temps

 

We’d require the assistance of an individual with the following skillset:

• Computer knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite 
• Accuracy and high attention to detail

 

Here’s the duties:

• Review payment requests and process payments to vendors and employees.
• Record Interoffice Settlements, corrections, and check reimbursements into the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.
• Research inquiries and variances. Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager with various projects
