Salary: $21/hr.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for key office administrative tasks including day-to-day coordination, inventory, supplies, and other tasks.
  • Bookkeeping duties, including A/R and Collections, data entry, and posting daily deposits (will train)
  • Receptionist duties for walk-in and inbound phone activity
  • Work closely with the Sales team with quotes and invoicing.
  • Coordinate work orders for technicians and the sales team.
  • Responsible for inbound receiving, and coordination of packaging preparation and shipping orders to customers (ability to lift 40 lbs.).
  • Coordination of shop inventory and ordering.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years at the same job in the last 5 years.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required, we will train.
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Provide exemplary customer service both internally and with customers.
  • Quick learner who operates independently and with a larger team, and has the right combination of attention to detail, willingness to learn, and operates with emotional intelligence and agility.
