Job description

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You'll wear two hats, handling customer service inquiries and assisting with human resources tasks.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person (if applicable).
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Process payroll and benefits paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts (optional, depending on company size).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (HR experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
