Highly successful company in Grants Pass OR is seeking an experienced full time Customer Service Specialist to be a supporting member of the company operations, ensuring excellent quality and service delivery. 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and enhancing their overall experience with the company. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and dedication. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of company products and services, and overall passion for the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.
  • Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer''s complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information, keeping detailed notes of interactions, and tracking customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support, to address customer concerns and provide a seamless experience.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training, industry research, and participation in company events.
  • Represent Company with professionalism, adhering to company values, and promoting our brand and products in a positive manner.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the firearms industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of firearms, accessories, and the shooting sports community.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/ERP software (Epicor utilized).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
