We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Representative to travel to assigned locations and collect signed documents from our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of essential paperwork.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Travel to scheduled appointments to pick up signed documents from clients.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents before collection.

Maintain clear and accurate records of document pickup.

Securely transport documents back to the office following established protocols.

May provide basic customer service and answer client questions regarding document handling.

 

Qualifications:

 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (often required).

Ability to navigate unfamiliar locations using GPS or maps.

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

 

Salary:

$22.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience.

 

Job Type:

Monday – Friday, Full-Time, Onsite
