Job Duties: 

• Responsible for reviewing the companies IQC inspection rules, IPQC inspection rules, QA inspection rules and inspection plans, and overall arrangement of inspection work 
• Responsible for examining and approving all kinds of IQC, PQC, QA inspection reports and quality analysis reports 
• Responsible for organizing the evaluation of major non - conforming products
• Responsible for organizing and carrying out quality cost analysis and control 
• Responsible for handling major complaints and quality accidents of customers 
• Responsible for the overall development of TQM and QCC activities to improve product quality 
• Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the quality and environmental management of ISO 9001 
• Maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of the system and establish the measurement management system 
• Responsible for the overall development of quality management training and ISO management system training 

Requirements: 

• Knowledge and experience with machinery and equipment, auto parts and accessories, CMM Hexagon machine 
• Bachelor's degree or above 
• Major in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, and related management 
• More than 3 years of quality and technical management experience 

Work Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed
