Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Salary: $22 per hour

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Burn Table Operator to join our team in Texarkana, TX. As a Burn Table Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our burn table machinery efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating similar equipment and be capable of making program adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate burn table machinery in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  2. Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate cutting and efficiency.
  3. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on burn table machinery to ensure proper functionality.
  4. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and cutting requirements.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of scrap materials.
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding safety and quality control.
  8. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used and quantities produced.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience operating burn table machinery preferred.
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  4. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Proficiency in basic computer skills for making program adjustments.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Willingness to work night shift hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Monday through Friday.
  9. Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
  10. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
