Effectively use finishing equipment to meet quality standards. Must work well with the team through problem solving, effective communication, technical expertise and interpersonal influence to achieve the goal of delivering a high-quality product on time. The operator will verify the labels produced meet the count required per the order along with any specifications made by the customer.

1. Ensure the maintenance of assigned equipment in proper operating condition to minimize maintenance costs and maintain quality tolerances
2. Verify all label counts are accurate
3. Make sure work area is kept neat and clean per company standards
4. If time allows, assist team mates to help maintain job speed and efficiency
5. Splice together rolls if required
6. Develop and maintain positive employee relations to ensure open lines of communication with employees
7. Follow directions clearly and work well independently as well as in a team
8. All internal paperwork is reviewed and completed per the instructions on the internal production proof
9. Set & Reset counts
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
