Car Wash – Lead Associate

Responsibilities:

Join our team at the Conveyor-Style Car Wash in Olathe, KS, as a Lead Associate. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing shift operations, leading and inspiring team members, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of the car wash facility.

Location: Olathe, KS

 

Pay: $800 per week ($20 per hour, 40 hours per week) + MONTHLY BONUSES

 

Schedule: Rotating shift

 

Job Duties:

• Shift Management: Oversee and manage shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead team members through effective coaching and supervision.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members for performance improvement.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and orderliness of the car wash facility and property.
• Travel: Up to 10% travel time may be required.
• Key Holder: Act as a key holder with responsibility for opening and closing the facility.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience, preferably in food service or guest services.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and operational environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move around the car wash facility and property.
• Lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
