Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assembly Team Members for our client located in the Litchfield, CT area. We have successfully placed both seasoned assemblers and associates with no prior experience in assembly roles at this fast-growing company, and we’re looking to hire more!

Successful candidates will have the ability to:

• Read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish
• Follow established procedures
• Utilize good hand-eye coordination
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a steady, acceptable assembly pace
• Learn to use basic mechanical and power tools
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality
