Job Description:

Express is looking for a Customer Care Representative to build and maintain customer relationships, manage daily office tasks and workspace, and work on other projects assigned by the management team. Great candidates for this position are self-starting team players with administrative experience.

 

Job Requirements:

•Build and maintain relationships with customers

•Answer multiple phone lines

•Correctly input orders into Point-of-Rental

•Data entry and tracking

•Process payments both electronically and cash in hand

•Provide customer quotes within a 24-hour period

•Communicate with Operations Manager deliveries/pick-ups/special events

•Work independently and productively while keeping open communication

•Maintain Safety Standards as established and required by company

Qualifications:

•Microsoft Word & Excel Proficient (70% and above)

•Quick Problem - solving skills

•Engagement in questions

•3 years minimum of Customer Service

•Phone lines 1 - 4

•Attention to detail

•Bilingual needed (Spanish)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4pm

Pay:

$18/hour
