Human Resource Manager | Direct Hire | $70,000 + I Newark, NJ

Job Description:

Our client in Newark, NJ is looking for a Human Resource Manager. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Assume human resources responsibilities for internal employees, for internal employees, actively contribute to improving the company's workplace culture, solve problems, collaborate within teams, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing
• Onboarding
• Workers Compensation
• Benefits and 401k
• Payroll Approx. 250 people and 10 locations. Via ADP and hand punch. Ensure time is correct, PTO & Sick time.
• Resolve employee and management concerns.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask.
• Experience with payroll specifically ADP software.
• Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred.
