We are seeking an experienced Controller for a Refrigeration Engineering/Construction service company located in the Fort Worth area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, preferably within the niche industry of industrial refrigeration construction.

 

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

 

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• Proven track record in financial management in a controller role
• Industry experience preferred, industrial refrigeration construction
• Job Costing experience is essential
• Familiarity with system integration
