Looking for someone to work in their Procurement Dept.; heavy data entry using SAP and Excel.

Request/log samples and documentation from suppliers.
Interface with Quality and Regulatory groups internally to ensure swift approval.
SAP Master Data Maintenance, update procurement parameters
Resolution and Daily Support of Supplier Related Concerns to limit impact to Production
Follow up supplier order confirmation when needed
New Vendor/Item Set Up in SAP
Submit samples requested from flavorist, status update and timely delivery
Request all the documents that Regulatory, QC, and QA requested

Hours: 9am to 5pm

*Temporary Position 6-7months*
