Salary: $60,000 - $100,000

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Project Manager in Bowling Green, KY for Day Shift, Monday-Friday. Salary: $60,000 - $100,000; Depending on Experience. Interested candidates should have 5-7 years active management of civil/site/utility construction. The position is Direct Hire. 

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Bid, budget, and manager heavy/civil construction projects ranging in size from $5,000 t0 $20 million.
• Supervise projects from conception to completion and ensure that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions in an ethical and professional manner.
• Accomplish construction project results by planning, executing, and following established standards and protocol.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise staff and subcontractors. 
• Achieve safety expectations by maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Requirements of the Project Manager

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years active management of civil/site/utility construction is preferred.
• Refined written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed, task oriented, and posses a strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software.
• Must be self-motivated, capable of working in a team environment, as well as independently.

Physical Requirements of the Project Manager:

• Lift 50 pounds
• Stand, bend, squat, and twist
