A well-known manufacturing company located in Decatur, Illinois is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator. This company offers a complete line of services that include: sales of new products, installation of new equipment, and repair of existing equipment.

 

Qualifications for Warehouse Coordinator

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• Familiarity with computer systems and basic data entry
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
• Experience in inventory control would be a plus
• Able to lift 50# plus
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

 

Responsibilities for Warehouse Coordinator

• Receive inventory into the warehouse
• Prepare orders to ship
• Enter inventory transactions
• Track the status of incoming shipments
• Coordinate with technicians when inventory is available for work orders
• Run daily and monthly reports
