DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY! Are you a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Property Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness of our property''s courtyard and common areas. If you are diligent, reliable, and enjoy making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and remove litter and dead foliage from the courtyard on all three levels.
• Return shopping carts to Safeway as needed.
• Clean and remove spider webs from doorways and corners of all courtyard areas.
• Arrange and change seasonal decorations and plants in the courtyard centerpieces, with reimbursement for supplies.
• Decorate entry kiosks on a monthly or bi-monthly basis and clean them weekly.
• Notify management of any disturbances, police activity, or other concerns promptly.
• Spread ice melt on walkways and stairs during snow and ice events to prevent accidents.
• Keep staircases clear of debris and report any maintenance issues such as loose steps or handrails.
• Check exterior lights weekly and report any malfunctions to the management office.
• Maintain cleanliness in the elevator interior and ensure the door track remains debris-free.
• Keep pathways to the elevator open during snow or ice events through ice melting or shoveling.
• Be available to assist residents with tasks such as changing batteries in detectors, replacing light bulbs in hard-to-reach areas, and letting tenants into their units when locked out.
• Report any instances of graffiti promptly to management.

Pay- $20 per hour (or a deal can be made to help cover some of your month rent if you live on site or a combo of both pay and rent reduction) 

 

Hours - 30 hours per moth
