Paralegal

Located in Dartmouth, NS

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year

Express Employment Professionals is currently searching for a Paralegal with real estate law experience to join our client’s established law firm. Our client is progressive and well-managed and is a great place for a career!

Responsibilities:

•          Assist attorneys with discovery, trial prep, hearing, and closing processes
•          Research, prepare, and review information pertaining to cases
•          Accurately draft various legal documents
•          Gather records, files, and written reports
•          Other duties as required

Requirements:

•          Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•          A minimum of three years of paralegal experience
•          Previous experience with real estate law is required
•          Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•          Exceptional time management skills
•          Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
•          Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Our client offers:

•         Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm
•          Salary is $40,000-$50,000 per year based on experience
•          Medical benefits after probation with RRSP match
•          Office is located in downtown Dartmouth and is accessible by bus
