Are you an experienced Printing Press Operator looking for a rewarding opportunity in the printing industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Weekend Printing Press Operator at our facility in Lenexa, KS. If you have previous experience operating printing machines such as W&H, Bobst, or PCMC Press Machines, we want to hear from you!

 

Location: Lenexa, KS

 

Pay: $1,025 per week after training ($28.49/hour, 40 hours per week), $24.22/hour during training

 

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00 pm

 

Job Overview:

As a Weekend Printing Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing press machines to produce high-quality printed materials. Your previous expertise with Press Machines will be instrumental in ensuring efficient production processes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate printing press machines according to job specifications.
• Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing press machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with printing press machines to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate workflow and meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Printing Press Operator required.
• Machine Knowledge: Prior experience with W&H, Bobst, or PCMC Press Machines preferred.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure print quality and accuracy.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
