Janitors/Housekeepers Needed in Palmdale, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other high-traffic areas in commercial and residential buildings.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other shared facilities.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom amenities as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or housekeeper, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and coworkers.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

Schedule: Schedule Varies

Pay Rate: $17-$18 DOE

Dress Code: ALL BLACK ATTIRE, pants (no rips or tears), t-shirt (no logos), closed toe shoes

Physical Requirements: Fast paced, repetitive tasks, standing for up to 8 hours
