Position: Graphic Design Assistant

Pay: Starting at $18/hr

 

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Graphic Designer Assistant for a private, non-profit, community-based social service agency in Honolulu. You will be supporting teachers and instructors with classroom activities and lesson plans.

Job Duties:

Recommend designs to Graphic Desing Manager to develop new learning activities for the program

Ensure equipment and devices are in good working condition

Attend regular meetings with staff to assess classes, and how to improve the curriculum

 

Skills:

Work with diverse cultures and individuals with varying needs

Working knowledge of graphic arts and design

Artistic and creative skills – Photography, drawing, etc.

 

Experience: (preferred)

Graphic Designer – 1 year

Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year

Adobe Illustrator: 1 year
