Express Employment Professionals is assisting a private, non-profit, community-based social service agency in Honolulu. We are seeking a qualified Tutoring Program Coordinator to work with students in helping them understand key concepts learned in the classroom.

Job Duties:

• Able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. often
• Recognize and adapt to different learning styles
• Keeping up to date with DOE school curriculum
• Assisting students with homework, projects, and other academic tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of college experience
• Able to work with children from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge on Microsoft Word

Additional Requirements:

• Current CPR/First Aid
• Valid Hawaii Driver License
• Proof of Auto Insurance (Access to registered and insured automobile)
• Criminal Background clearance
