Express Employment Professionals in Allen TX is looking for a SMT QC Inspector Class 2-3 in Plano, TX. This is a Temp to Hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

The ideal individual would have at least one year of experience performing quality control inspections, checks, and tests. It is imperative that they have incredibly strong attention to detail, as this is one of the most important attributes of a QC technician. The most ideal candidate would be especially meticulous and observant and would even make suggestions for improving the process. This position will be compensated hourly at $20+D.O.E..

 

Completing Responsible for performing inspection which includes presence/absence of components, part marking, and component orientation.

Communicate errors with the Production Team and General Manager.

 

 The QC Inspector will be responsible for SMT inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies for IPA-A-610 class 2-3.

Inspection will include solder characteristics, components and hardware for SMT assemblies, SMT Machine Set-up Inspection. 1st article inspection and sign off.

Inspector will need to know how to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs & ECOs.

Education & Experience

IPC-A-610 Certification

Must have verifiable experience

Must be able to communicate in English
