Salary: $50,000-$70,000/year
Team Lead Job Summary:
A Grand Rapids furniture manufacturing company is seeking to add a hands-on Sewing and Upholstery Team Lead to their growing team.
Team Lead Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Team player and detail oriented
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Pattern development on new and existing product
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $50,000-$70,000
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Ability to adjust patterns/cutting based on fabric requirements
- Ability to sew/upholster
- Ability to operate a Gerber fabric cutter/Lectra
- Ability to lead a small team and train new hires
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
