Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills –
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in warehouse management software

Job Responsibilities –
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure that all warehouse procedures are followed and that safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels
- Work with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement plans
- Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
