HVAC Service Technician

Direct Hire  $30+/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs on HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
• Install new HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and offer expert advice on HVAC maintenance and optimization.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Document all service and maintenance activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, components, and electrical systems.
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., EPA certification, HVAC/R license) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
